What is KickFit?

Kickfit is a group fitness kickboxing class. There will be kicking, punching, and floor workouts. It’s a high intensity, high calorie burning fun workout.

What our KickFit programs are NOT

Our classes may be fast paced but our experienced instructors are not. Intimidated by your first class? We pay special attention to anyone new to class to ensure you feel comfortable!

Attending a Class

You should expect to get a killer workout while having a blast. Again, this is a high energy, high intensity workout with a bunch of other people in the room.
