This form of self-defense was developed by the Israeli military. It has since been made available to civilians (like us). The guiding principle is to defend oneself through aggressive and rapid use of force to the most vulnerable parts of our attacker(s). It is no-nonsense. It can be used against a single attacker, a knife, a gun, multiple attackers, and essentially any other self-defense situation. With dedication, it also does not take long to become proficient – namely about 6 months.
